Katerina, Treatment Coordinator
Katerina has been a part of our team since the very beginning, and she’s always gone the extra mile to help each patient have a smooth journey towards a brand-new smile. She is a Master in the American Association of Dental Office Management (MAADOM).
Outside of work, Katerina calls Green Bay her home and has four daughters, three cats, and a dog. In her spare time, she really enjoys making chocolates, taking care of her chickens, and going on long road trips with the family.
Richard, Patient Advocate
As our patient advocate, Richard goes above and beyond to assist patients in need! He always enjoys seeing the amazing transformation that people go through in the office, especially when it comes to regaining their ability to enjoy favorite foods – no pain required.
A Florida native, Richard prefers living here in Wisconsin these days. Outside of work, his family is his heart and soul, which includes his fiancé Brandon, his three-legged dog named BB, his amazing in-laws, and his Florida family (parents, grandparents, and little sister). When he has free time, his favorite hobbies include thrifting, listening to records, playing video games, and discovering new restaurants while out and about.
Bernice, Dental Assistant
Bernice’s amazing career in the dental field covers almost 30 years so far. Originally from Albuquerque, she studied at the University of Southern Indiana and has her DANB, EFDA, and sedation certifications. Her favorite part of this job by far is seeing patients who start out never smiling suddenly transform after their dental work with new haircuts, appearances, and (of course) brand-new smiles – they have a whole new outlook on life! Being a small part of that is so rewarding to her.
Outside of the office, Bernice is the proud mother of two adult sons and was a Navy wife for 24 years before her husband passed away. Today, she and her family are huge Harley Davidson motorcycle riders, big-time Packer fans, and fully dedicated to their faith. She is also an avid hunter and even on a trap shooting team.
Julia, Social Media Manager
Originally from Minnesota, Julia loves managing Precision Dentistry of Howard’s social media presence. She is a big fan of everyone she works with and always looks forward to seeing the joy on patients’ faces when they finally get to experience their brand-new smile.
Away from the office, Julia is blessed to have a loving, happy family. Her favorite hobbies include painting, traveling, and spending quality time in nature.
Evelina, Dental Assistant/Lab Technician
Originally from Green Bay, Evelina loves being able to assist our patients through their smile journies here at Precision. Her favorite part of this job is that she's always learning new things.
Away from work, Evelina is the oldest child (out of 5) and the only daughter of a large family. She spends her spare time hiking, baking, and traveling. In fact, she has spent about six months so far on missions in Romania and Ukraine.
